In the upmost honest way I can place things, UNT is a great place to be and earn an education. However, I could comment more on the safety physical and mental for students. I’ve experienced, on multiple occasions, professors speaking down and harshly to me for making requests. When I reached out to higher authorities for help, I was told not to respond and never received any follow-up or help with my original request.

View moreUNT was the perfect university for my situation. I took evening classes and was able to schedule them full-time while working full-time. It wasn’t easy, but I was very pleased with the quality of instruction and the network that I built as a result of earning my MBA. Strongly recommended, especially for working professionals around the metroplex.
View moreUNT is the first school where you could get a jazz studies degree. As such, music is a very important part of the culture of UNT and the surrounding Denton. It’s a lovely place to be surrounded by culture and talent.
View moreIn my opinion, the university had a lot to offer in many different aspects. I loved the career centers and many student resources. One thing I would say I didn’t like would be how some dorms are far from the main campus, the distance wasn’t terrible though.
