The program itself was great! I was able to learn from some of the courses that I took and advance my knowledge with different pathway courses. St. Thomas offers several course outlines however, I was a full time online student this year due to certain circumstances with the school and I wasn’t able to revive almost half the courses they offer at the school. It is unfortunate especially when you drop ten grand on education within New Brunswick. In regard to the professors, they were for the most part fantastic! They were always supporting us, giving us advice on life and our future, and most importantly they were able to engage with us online. I will mention some of the professors there seem to not care when it came to online school but most students were able to succeed either way:)
Unfortunately, school life and the experience you would hope to get isn’t something you are able to do online but seeing all the fun things they did on social media, I could say that they really care about students’ experience at STU. After completing my first year at St. Thomas I have actually transferred out and moved to another university. I honestly just wanted better education and I felt personally for the amount I was getting wasn’t enough. I don’t think I would recommend this school especially if you have the opportunity to go somewhere else.
