My time at NDC has been eye opening. I never would have thought I’d be learning at such a welcoming and kind community. It is unfortunate that my time here was cut short due to the shutting down of the school. However, I enjoyed the moments I had here. I have made connections with lectures and mentors in various fields including my own. I’ve formed relationships with friends and peers that I’m sure will transcend years.
Lectures equipped me with the necessary tools I need in order to excel not only in my major, sports management, but other business related fields. I played rugby here and managed to win a national championship with I team I thoroughly enjoyed spending time with on and off the field. Balancing sport and academics wasn’t too much of a struggle as I managed to maining a GPA of 3.9 but it still required alot of focus to juggle the two.
The campus was small so you could really bump into everyone in one day. It was easy getting to know people and make friends. Though I spent most of my time with my team mates, I managed to become acquaintanced with quite a few classmates. Classes weren’t big either due to the size of the school. This was nice because lecturers took their time helping us understand concepts.
I enjoyed my time here, looking forward ro my next adventure at my new school.
