We’re sorry your experience has not been positive. We highly encourage you to contact your Student Academic Advisor to let them know the details and improve your experience.
There is a Student Academic and Careers Advisor available in each campus, who can explain how and where you can check the extracurricular activities organized by the university (the Global Calendar of Events is posted every month on Blackboard).
At Schiller, our classes are organized in small groups so we can provide a personalized attention. Take into account that due to Covid, our aim has been to care for the safety and hygiene of our students, and during the last twelve months, our classes have been even more reduced than usual (an average of 12 student on a regular basis).
Like most American universities, and as ruled in the Bologna agreement, Schiller is a non-attendance seeking institution, hence we do not focus on registering attendance, but on the students’ class participation (which is assessed in each lesson), meaning absence affects the students’ grades negatively. In addition, our students also have to demonstrate their abilities with compulsory papers and tests.
