Studying at the University of San Francisco has been a great experience overall. The location is honestly one of the biggest perks : you’re right in the middle of San Francisco, so there’s always something happening in the city. The professors are approachable and genuinely want you to succeed, however, the coursework can be demanding, especially if you’re juggling a job too. Campus life is pretty diverse, and you get to meet people from all kinds of backgrounds, which I think is one of the best parts. On the flip side, living costs in San Francisco are quite high, so budgeting is necessary.

The academic programs are well-structured and give you a strong base, but the location allows you to connect what you’re learning with real-world experiences almost daily. Professors often encourage students to take advantage of the city’s culture and opportunities, and it creates a balance of classroom learning and practical application. It feels like you’re not just studying, but actively preparing for the world outside.
