Initially, I believed that I would dislike being here due to its considerable distance from my home. However, Macalester has pleasantly surprised me as a remarkably inclusive community. It fosters a collaborative atmosphere rather than a competitive one. The professors are highly approachable and genuinely supportive towards students. Additionally, the location is fantastic, offering numerous exciting opportunities to engage with the local community, regardless of one’s particular interests. I would totally recommend coming here now!

So far, I love Macalester. I can interact with people of many different nationalities and cultures in this very diverse location. One can participate in a plethora of extracurricular activities, including sports, theater, music, dance, clubs, student government, and others. and I have made the most of my free time to the fullest. Additionally, Macalester encourages inclusive and supportive learning, and they are aware that not everyone will have the same requirements.
