The course was tailored to develop leadership talents in alignment with the company’s long term strategic imperatives. The faculty was extremely knowledgeable and approachable to explain concepts in a very lucid manner. The case studies were identified to promote ideas and develop critical points of view. The assignment was on strategic themes which also promoted Collaboration Amongst cross-functional team Members in the group. Evaluation of these assignments was done by a senior leadership panel of the company. Online resources and educational materials provided abundant knowledge to enhance learning.
