    Different Concept

Never thought college would be like this. It’s not just about attending classes or getting a degree, it’s about actually doing.
I got to work with people from different countries, build a product, market it, sell it, and even make profit. The experience felt real, not just theory.
For today’s generation, where learning by doing matters the most, this concept is honestly a game-changer.

    Leadership

Not gonna lie, I was super skeptical last year ‘cause it was the 1st batch. But honestly, joining turned out to be one of the best career moves I’ve made. The way we got to learn directly from CXOs and CEOs was insane, stuff you’d never get in a regular college. Plus, met some amazing people here and I know these friendships are for life!

    Loving it here!

Being here has been such a wild ride. Moving to a new country every semester and learning local languages has been both fun and challenging, but it’s kinda exhausting too. Still, that hustle gives me an adrenaline rush I low-key love!
The best part has been seeing our business ideas come to life and when people genuinely appreciate and engage with something we’ve built, it makes all the hard work worth it.

    Good

I attend university regularly, though sometimes tutoring sessions don’t happen as scheduled, depending on how many students show up. Aside from that, things are fine. The premium class is good, and combined with online learning, it’s going well overall. The teaching quality is good.

    Tetr

I’ve learned an incredible amount during my time at Tetr, and one of the things I value most is how much I’ve been able to learn in such a short period of time. That said, I think there is a significant opportunity to improve the overall student experience.

At times, the program feels much more focused on marketing and growth than on the actual experience of the students. The schedule can be quite chaotic, and there are organizational issues that ultimately fall on the students to deal with. I also feel that some of the immersions could be more educational and hands-on, as many of them currently feel more like talks or presentations rather than experiences where we genuinely learn and engage.

Another aspect I would reconsider is the way students are managed. At times, the experience can feel overly controlled, almost as if students are being treated as children rather than as young adults who are capable of taking responsibility for themselves.

I also think the admissions process could be more selective. When a program grows too quickly and admits a very large number of students with very different levels of commitment, it can negatively affect the experience of the students who are genuinely motivated and invested in making the most of the opportunity.

I’m saying all of this because I genuinely believe in what Tetr is trying to build. Personally, the main reason I would still choose to study here is because I have learned so much, and at an incredible pace. But the overall experience has also been considerably more challenging and frustrating than I expected.

If I could give one piece of feedback to the Tetr team, it would be this: invest as much energy into improving the student experience as you do into marketing and growth. I believe that if the experience becomes as strong as the vision and the brand, Tetr could be something truly exceptional.
