Liberty University is well-rounded by a great community and people. As an international student, choosing a university in the USA was demanding. I chose this university among the others because of the testimony of how this school started. My freshman year was much better than expected because my dormmates, classmates, and the professors were friendly. Most importantly, the school has a campus community every Wednesday night, where the students on campus gather for the Word of God and Worship. Not only that, but Convocation every Wednesday and Friday with different guest speakers also attracted me. Although the school offers a great number of scholarships for students, it’s still expensive unless you apply for outside scholarships. Overall, I love staying in this campus including the food, dorm life, and the community.
View moreMy overall experience with Liberty University was positive. From my time joining the University to completion, I can saying the communication is a positive. I feel as if the school had a department or representative for each inquiry I had. If some individual did not know the answer, they would follow up or make sure to get the correct contact to me. One room of improvement I would recommend would be in the advisory department. At times I found it difficult to get ahold of my advisor and often had important questions. However, he had a lot of students and another staff was able to assist me. I enjoyed most of my professors and majority of my courses. I can say they are throughout and the classes went by quick. I can walk away saying I know I obtained a solid education at this university.
