Experts in their disciplines, the professors are dedicated to our success and have a passion for teaching. They mentor, inspire, and push us to think creatively and outside the box, in addition to teaching. The classes strike the perfect balance between theory and practice, using real-world case studies, cutting-edge research, and practical projects to make learning exciting and addictive. Our professors employ all available resources to prepare us for the future, from leadership and sustainability to entrepreneurship and creativity.

the vibe on campus is so friendly and welcoming. It’s like one big family, you know? Everyone is super supportive and always ready to lend a helping hand. I’ve made some incredible friends here, and we have the best time hanging out and studying together. Plus, the faculty and staff are top-notch. They genuinely care about your success and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. I feel so lucky to be part of the Hampton University community. It’s an amazing place with amazing people!

As a psychology major, I found some very passionate professors who influenced me to grow as a major and consider other areas of psychology. All the teachers refer to their field of study as “my child” and are very happy to teach it. Having teachers like these at work really motivates me to find something I like and am passionate about. Studying psychology is fun because there are new perspectives on psychiatric work and research. Psychology professors always intrigue me and I want to know why the brain and mind work in tandem with the stimuli of the body and environment. I liked psychology, psychology, abnormal psychology and cognitive psychology. I still plan to pursue Positive Mindfulness and Behavioral Psychology.
