College of Lake County is a very diverse school, many people look down on it for being a community college but what people don’t know is just how caring the staff is about the CLC alumni. Professors want you to succeed as much as you want to succeed, the sky is the limit with CLC and being a community college, it makes it much more affordable and available to everyone in the community. CLC offers many different programs and certificates, personally, I am pursuing a career as a dental hygienist and CLC offers the program. This saves me from having to relocate in order to take part in a dental school. Thus, making CLC the hidden gem of education.
