George Mason University is the pinnacle of diversity; You will never see the same person twice and you will surely meet people from all walks of life, even in a classroom. I made friends from Afghanistan, Iran, Turkey, Russia, Poland, China, Cambodia, Southern Virginia, etc. Depending on your teachers, you can easily experience in class how such diversity can transform a class discussion or an overview of a topic. My major is accounting and most of my teachers have accounting experience and are able to combine that with the curriculum to give us a better understanding. Excellent fitness facilities, Mason has several exercise facilities, all in exceptional condition. My dorm is very nice. Two people share a kitchenette and a bathroom. Very clean
