I like the program, I like the music, and I like the structure but I don’t like some of the professors. It can seem very cult-like almost and everyone is very connected and if you don’t necessarily fit then it can feel bad

I think the university is nice however some people are kinda standoffish. Overall it’s a good school, and they provide us with a lot of opportunities rather it’s career-wise to further our education and so on. The only problem is the water tastes kinda weird here, and i wish they had ice machines in the dorms because i hate wasting meal swipes for ice and not being able to get ice late at night…. Also, we need better food options.

I would highly recommend EIU because of how welcoming and encouraging the students and staff are. The programs are very organized and there are so many resources and opportunities to have a successful college career!

I think it’s a nice place to be at. The environment is very safe and welcoming. People are nice but there isn’t much to do her as it is located in a small remote city at Illinois.
Many opportunities to get involved and make new friends.
