I truly chose UNH off a gut feeling. I had no idea what to expect as I am from Virginia. I decided to move nine hours hour, and it was the best decision. The University of New Hampshire made me feel included and gave me a brand new life. The atmosphere of the students and small town of Durham make me feel at home. I study town planning and environmental science and this place excels in this department. I have class out in the woods and can truly talk to my professors. This doesn’t mean it’s all perfect. I have had my fair share of recommendations I have brought to administration. We as students show up for each other, but some administrators do not care about students. If you are a person that wants to find people to make the world a better place, this is the place to do it.
