Student review [#52284] for Neuroscience
at Columbia University

I love Columbia’s campus, the fact that it’s in the city, the people I’ve met, the professors I’ve had, and the classes I’ve taken. I do not like that mental health services are not as widely available as they should be, given the competitive atmosphere and rigorous curriculum. Columbia is also constantly having protests on campus for being problematic, ie not paying RAs/Grad Student workers/etc enough, contributing to gentrification, etc. Finally, the facilities are really old, a lot of the housing dormitories don’t have air conditioning.
