Almost every day offers something new to discover! There are also a lot of amiable people! Because of the diversity of the university, the lecturers are very concerned about making sure students get the most out of their education. In this instance, earning a degree from this fantastic university is my ultimate objective. Building relationships with their students and helping them navigate their academic careers are the lecturers’ goals. Learning as much as I can and gaining experience in my field are my objectives.

For international students, the most important thing might not be the facilities of the school, but whether it makes me feel warm. At York University, I received a lot of help and support. Here, there is very comprehensive humanistic care and a high standard of teaching. I’m very happy to learn advanced theories and knowledge here.

The University of York has a great atmosphere. It is very peaceful on campus with all the geese and ducks and the lakes. So if you’re looking for a a big city university then you may want to look into other unis. I am a marketing student and if your considering marketing at the uni of York you should know that you can be mixed with Business Managment students and you do have to take some of their modules such as economics. If you’re only interesting in marketing this can not be the most enjoyable. The marketing modules at the University of York however are extremely engaging and there are fun activities in the seminars. All of the staff at the University are very friendly and you are always welcome to contact them if you need support with anything or have any questions. The University is not located in the city centre so you should bear in mind that you have to pay for a short bus ride if you’re looking to go shopping or to a nice cafe. Nevertheless, there are coffee shops and places to get food on campus such as a Greggs and papa johns. York is a lovely place so if your considering this University, definitely take a visit.

I have completed my first year in the University of York. It has been a great experience overall. The campus is beautiful and the courses are well structured. The university provides support throughout the year and there are a lot of opportunities provided for students even outside their course. However, the cost of living in York is high and it is also a small city.

York university has 2 great campuses, east campus feels aa little bit more empty but west campus is full of things to see and do. The management building is new this year and is a perfect space to study and focus.

The course structure of the module is incredible. The fact that every module is a foundation for the modules to be taught in the next term. The assessments for these foundation modules ensure that the content Is well understood and learnt.

It has a beautiful campus and the town is very lovely too. The university is split into two campuses and the commute between them is a 15-minute walk. The east campus has a homely feeling to it and is very close to the campus gym. The west campus hosts most of the student events and also right next to the university library. Would definetely recommend for both undergrad and postgrad degree.
