Campus & Student Life
University of Winchester Business School’s campus is located close to the city centre of Winchester and is just an hour away from London. The University is also only 12 miles away from the coast, which is a great destination for a quick journey.
The campus is split into quarters – King Alfred Quarter, West Downs Quarter, Medecroft Quarter and Bar End Quarter. Each quarter has its first-class sustainable facilities, which are designed to create a comfortable and productive atmosphere for learning, teaching and student life in general.
The University’s library has many physical and online resources available to all students. Moreover, the library can borrow resources from other libraries on behalf of students in case they need additional materials, which are not available there.
The University provides its students with the opportunity to play a variety of sports and stay in shape using the sports facilities on campus. The facilities include a gym and a synthetic surface sports ground, where students can do a wide range of sports, such as tennis, 5-aside football and netball. There is a sports hall, which could be used for volleyball, netball, 5-aside football, cricket and other sports as well as a fitness studio and an 8-lane athletics track. The University’s Winchester Sports Stadium All Weather Pitch can also be used by students.
