Student review [#90879] for Civil Engineering

I’ve found the University of Liverpool offers a really great learning experience. They do an excellent job of mixing what you learn in books with how you actually use it in the real world. The teachers are super approachable and helpful, always ready to guide you, not just with your studies but also with your future career.
The campus itself is full of life, with awesome facilities and tons of chances to get involved in clubs and activities outside of class. What I really love is how much they focus on research and applying what we learn to real-world problems – that’s been a huge help for my career plans.
However, one small heads-up: sometimes the admin stuff can be a bit slow, which might be a little annoying when you’re first starting out.
But overall, I’d definitely tell other students to check out UoL, especially if you’re looking for a good mix of academics and social life in a city that has a lot to offer culturally.
