As a Psychology with Clinical Psychology student, I really enjoy my program because it covers many aspects of the science to help us choose what field interests us the most. For example, I have already expressed my interest in Clinical Psychology and Counseling, which is why I took an optional module on that. Also, I like the approach of all lecturers because they rely on communication with their students, on interactive sessions that check our knowledge, and most importantly, demonstrate some great skills in presenting such as body language and eye contact. What the university could improve would be to create some extra sessions for students who want to develop experience in this field. They could invite professionals and ask them to speak about their experience, share some advice, and talk about the right approach to treating patients with mental distress. That way, students would be able to plan their career as early as possible, and start gathering experience at an early stage of their education.
