Student review [#21472] for Data Science
at University of Kent

First of all, let me highlight the good parts of the program. I like how it is detailed with theories and concepts and how it is mostly delivered through both online and in-person classes. I also like most of the teachers and their way of conducting lectures; they are also very responsive, even for topics outside the curriculum.

However, there is still room for improvement. I personally believed that the course can be tailored more towards the applied aspects of data science, with more practicals and case studies for students to solve and learn. They should also teach Python, SQL, and Spark along with R as they are the most used tools in the field.
