I am a graduate of Adult Nursing from the University of Greenwich, and overall, my experience was positive. One thing I really liked was the combination of academic learning and clinical placements. The placements gave me the opportunity to work with different patients and healthcare professionals, which helped me improve my confidence, communication and clinical skills. The lecturers were generally supportive, and the simulation sessions were useful for practicing different skills before going into clinical practice. However, the course could be very demanding, especially when balancing placement hours, assignments and other university requirements. I also felt that communication and organization around placements and some administrative issues could be improved, as getting things resolved sometimes took time. Overall, I had a good experience, and the practical experience was one of the strongest parts for me. I would recommend the University of Greenwich, especially to students interested in studying Adult Nursing.
