The University of East London offers a welcoming environment where students of all backgrounds and circumstances can feel at ease. The institution provides assistance in establishing a job after graduation as well as in personal problems such as health, family, and housing. However, the university should increase their communication with students by email or phone. I would urge that the university make an effort to encourage BAME students by providing more opportunities for them to socialise outside of the classroom.
