My course MA in Education was fantastic, I particularly love the modules and the teachers. The teachers are easily accessible and teach us like we are colleagues. They encourage critical reasoning and analysis and encourage efforts.
I enjoy the academic writing team at the University which readily assist students with academic writing, checking assignments, reviewing, and critically giving feedback that helps. Every time I approached them, they were helpful and their review enabled me to have three distinctions out of five modules.
I also enjoyed financial support from the University; as an international student, I got a scholarship and was able to get two other bursaries from the University, especially during the pandemic. The Student Hub is very accessible and they respond to my enquiries promptly. The library is fully equipped and whenever I could not access some journals online, the librarian assisted me to get the paper and sent it to my student email.
UEL has helped me explore my potential; I served as the Course Representative for my cohort. In fact, there is an opportunity for everyone regardless of their background.
