The University of Dundee is situated in the Scottish city of Dundee which has a population of approximately 150, 000 people. The main campus of the University is situated just 10 minutes away from the center of the city. There are accommodation sites for first-year students very close to the main campus as well. It is no coincidence that the university was named the University of the year for student experience for the year 2020. The Student Union called DUSA turns into a nightclub after 12 and attracts students from all over Scotland due to its popularity. The University of Dundee is an excellent choice for international students as well because of the variety of students from different nationalities who are accepted every year. The city of Dundee is small but since almost 20, 000 students live there, it has all the necessary sites for unbelievable student experience, lots of bars, cafe’s, 2 cinemas, great parks and a lot of sports sites. The university offers more than 45 different sports and the university teams compete in many tournaments throughout the year. The level of teaching at the university is very high, with many experienced lecturers who are world-renowned for their achievements and well-known in their fields of study.
