Nursing Program

When beginning my course I felt very supported and taken care of. As the year progressed I felt the lack of support and care for the students and have witnessed multiple students leave the course of their own free will and at the recommendation of the professors.

I completely agree with this and had a similar experience during my time at the University of Glasgow. The support provided by first year staff was strong, but once you have progressed past first year, it’s like no one cares to support students any longer. The staff aren’t very encouraging either. They are actually quite the opposite.. I had also witnessed a few students leave the course due to the complete lack of compassion and support by staff. Knew a girl who had to skip a funeral because she was too worried about what staff would say about her missing class.
