The way of teaching at Swansea University, in my opinion, enables students to actively participate in their own education. You are urged to independently investigate and study subjects in order to completely understand them, rather than being given all the knowledge. This method, in my opinion, has been really helpful and will be very helpful to me in my future coursework. I had a good overall time at Swansea University. Counselors, resources for help, and support networks were all easily accessible. In order to make things more comfortable for students, I also valued the range of courses and flexible schedule possibilities provided.

I recently completed Introduction to Psychology with Dr. Miller and had a really insightful experience. The workload was manageable, mostly consisting of weekly discussion posts, and the best part was the unit on behavioral patterns. However, be prepared for the midterm, which was much more specific than the lectures suggested. My advice to future students: Make sure to read the textbook chapters, don’t just rely on the slides
