Great course, lacks support

Great course with supportive lectureres and really engaging subjects. Where they fall short is the lack of support from the university itself. Making appeals and reaching out for help difficult. Replacing their hallamhelp appointments with an AI chatbot. For uni fees to increase and they make these changes is really unhelpful..
