The university itself has a great bar that hosts various events throughout the calendar. This is Newcastle as students saw it in their first two months or so.

There were times lecturers went on strike, and left students feeling uncertain about their education and assignments. Love the friendly student atmosphere. I love how the city is so lively with lots of friendly students.

No, I wouldn’t recommend any kind of university to anyone. A vocational path is the better alternative for most people since the tuition simply doesn’t earn its cost of capital. Sacrificing earnings for four years isn’t worth the opportunity cost it once was; the earning potential for trades it better if not the same.
