Student review [#15970] for Politics
at Newcastle University

Overall Newcastle was a great experience for me. The city and student life were great, really sociable.
I enjoyed my course but feel that it was not worth the debt you get into. I had 6 hours a week of teaching yet you pay the same for people like medics who have 8 hours a day!
Professors on my course were overall good. some seemed genuinely disinterested in helping Students out of lecture time but others couldn’t be more enthusiastic and try to help as much as needed. My dissertation supervisor was one of these people and couldn’t help me enough, I properly wouldn’t have passed uni without him, to be honest.
