My course programme had a different name when I was a student at Middlesex University. It was called Journalism and Media, seeing the modules I studied, I think the equivalent to the present would be Media, Journalism and Culture.
In my opinion, this university has great journalism undergraduate programmes overall, from my experience I can say that because my programme was so varied in subjects, I now have a bigger choice in what field I want to pursue, be that journalism, marketing, public relations, etc.
The module teachers are great and very available to follow up on questions and doubts.
The facilities are of the best quality, not only as a Journalism student but as part of the Faculty of Arts, you have access to professional cameras, microphones, recording studios, and all the equipment you could need. As a student in this university, you also have access to a library that is open 24h/7, computer loans, a very extended online library, and access to many websites you might need for whatever course you are enrolled in.
Overall, I can say that Middlesex University has all you need as a student and that it prepares you well for the job market.
