The Manchester campus is modern and attractive, the buildings and surrounding areas are kept clean and there is constant renovation going on (new buildings being built). There are many social opportunities with hundreds of societies to join and you can find people from all over the world. However, the teaching quality could be improved and more one to one tutor/ progress sessions could be implemented to fully aid the students with difficulties with their degree. The Careers service offers great support as well by organizing lots of events and providing one to one sessions with students. Also my experience from the halls of residence was very good- in my first year I stayed in Denmark Road, one of the newest student residences of the university. Manchester itself as city is extremely vibrant offering something for every linking! I definitely recommend coming here to study!View more
