The professors, student services and everything is really helpful! I would really recommend it to someone planning to study in UK. It has the best business school and social science studies with over 25 Nobel laureates.

The university really emphasises on growing outside the realms of your lectures by providing various opportunities to interact with industry leaders and get involved in projects with them. It also encourages you to step outside your comfort zone by through various initiatives.

The program is great and has a lot of transferable skills. The career service is also great as they help out every step of the way. I think the course can be touched up a bit in terms of having more interactive projects for people who need that type of work to really understand the material.

As a final-year undergraduate student in the BA (Hons) Accounting and Finance program, my experience at the University of Manchester has been immensely rewarding and fulfilling. The campus itself is a vibrant and dynamic environment that greatly contributes to both academic and personal growth.

It’s great that I can access the books, assignments, and syllabus two weeks before the start of the class. I’ve been able to maintain my class lead thanks to this arrangement. I appreciate having free electives because it enables me to enroll in classes in areas of interest like criminology, drawing, and photography.

The Manchester campus is modern and attractive, the buildings and surrounding areas are kept clean and there is constant renovation going on (new buildings being built).There are many social opportunities with hundreds of societies to join and you can find people from all over the world. However, the teaching quality could be improved and more one to one tutor/ progress sessions could be implemented to fully aid the students with difficulties with their degree. The Careers service offers great support as well by organizing lots of events and providing one to one sessions with students. Also my experience from the halls of residence was very good- in my first year I stayed in Denmark Road, one of the newest student residences of the university. Manchester itself as city is extremely vibrant offering something for every linking! I definitely recommend coming here to study!

The program overall is decent, but some lecturers are missed due to some issues, as well as some seminars. They have to improve the performance of the teachers and collaboration in general. Little support on the essays and projects, while the students are friendly and helpful to overcome the difficulties. Hope the next year will be full F2F, looking forward to it.
