at Manchester Metropolitan University

Manchester Met University is great so far. I have just begun my PhD journey but the supervisors have been great, we have weekly catch ups and my schedule is laid out clearly with my deadlines and I can time manage efficiently. A lot of the material is online or via zoom which I do not mind, but having done my undergrad pre Covid, I sometimes miss that social life so its’ important to take part in any socials you get the chance to, in order to expand your network and gain support from peers.
