Overall an excellent experience! During my time at Imperial, I was able to learn cutting edge science from world-leading experts, all while meeting amazing people from all walks of life. At times the workload was intense, but I felt that with the support of my friends and academic staff, this could be suitably managed. Imperial also has a reputation for being boring with no social life; however, I was able to join a range of different clubs and societies and enjoy the nightlife of London all while balancing my studies. The experience you get from Imperial is very much what you make it and the opportunities you want to get out of the university and London!

View moreImperial College provides lots of support and opportunities to STEM students. My course, medical biosciences implemented a flip-classroom learning system, allowed us to develop self-discipline, the curiosity and eager to learn. I have enjoyed the weekly laboratory session, where we were given real-life challenging problems to solve with a one-year research project. I really appreciated this opportunity, as there are not many universities offering advanced lab-work at bachelor level. Imperial College is a great university to pursue your research career, at the same time they also have a well-established business school for students to pursue their career in STEM-business related industries.
View moreImperial is a great university with great career prospects and a wonderful campus. I would definitely recommend people to apply to Imperial College. For me, the course was expected and the information taught was detailed and well outlined. Personally, I love the lab sessions most as we had the opportunity to get a lot of hands-on experience and get to take the initiative to design experiments and investigations on our own. Teaching staff at Imperial are also very friendly and patient so I would definitely encourage motivated and inspired students to come to Imperial and experience university life to its fullest.
View moreThe amazing cohort of academics combined with the campus and location make ICL a great university choice. The standard of education is very modern and ever changing, and the university is really made to feel like a home rather than just a school. No matter where I go on in life, I’ll be glad I was able to attend ICL.
