I received more than I expected from my educational programme. I feel fully satisfied and confident to use my new knowledge in my future career. The most that I liked about my programme, was the support that most of my teachers gave to me when I had my hard moments. Also, the knowledge, that I gained from each module was pretty useful and important, not only for my future career but also for my personal development. I strongly recommend to everyone who is a risk-taker and dare to try something new, creative, developing at the same time personal and working skills.

The programme was a duel course of fashion and business which opens doors to more opportunities. However, I think it has been very difficult to utilise this programme outside of the university. It has been difficult to get a full-time job.

I studied my undergrad In International Fashion Business at GCU. I had the best time there and the staff and lecturers were nothing but helpful. The subjects covered set me up well for potential jobs prior to graduating.

I would definitely recommend this programme to someone who is interested in working in the fashion industry but not yet sure what area they would like to get into. The modules offered on this course are very varied from fashion design and garment making to finance, HR and marketing, giving an insight into all areas. Great for someone who is looking to start their own fashion business or who wants a greater knowledge of all aspects of the fashion industry. It requires you to be creative as a lot of the work is design, illustration and sewing. Some modules are not specifically related to fashion such as finance or HR but lecturers do their best to use examples of fashion brands and businesses. Unfortunately, I personally felt the support at the end of the programme wasn’t great however this may have been due to Covid19 and the sudden closure of the campus.
