at Lancaster University

Lancaster is a lovely town on the edge of the Lakes District. Lancaster University is a great institution that is always working to expand and improve itself. The Ecology Department is top notch, as are many other Departments and the Universities Facilities are superb, with a lot of on-campus accomodation and lots of options for off-campus living for those that want it. The Uni is a few miles out of town, which gives it a rural air, but has excellent transport links to Lancaster. It is also easy to get to Manchester, Liverpool or the Lakes if you want a change of scenery. Watch out a lot of students come here and like the town so much we never leave!
