My time at Durham University was brilliant – the standard of teaching and the delivery of lectures were engaging and effective. The modules offered throughout my course were highly interesting and applicable. I loved the collegiate system as it offered the opportunity to be involved with a close-knit community through various, regular activities such as parties, formals and balls. Whilst the quality of the course was of a high standard, Durham as an area is beautiful, with lots of history, however, the nightlife isn’t brilliant and is rather limited. There are lots of international students, predominantly from Asia and Europe, offering a good level of diversity. The career prospects are great, with lots of support when needed.
