I did my masters in marketing and strategy from WBS. Although I didn’t like the online lectures and the class strength, one thing nice was the diversity in both students and the teaching staff. The teachers were doctorates in their respective line of teaching and actually knew what and how to teach that subject. Made the course more interactive and interesting to learn.

If you’re from an EU country and your goal is to build your career in Europe, I’d seriously think twice before investing in this programme.
I came into the degree expecting that the university’s reputation, career support, and industry connections would help open doors after graduation. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience. I found the career prospects and networking opportunities for students looking to work in the EU—or even the UK—to be very limited.
Most of my classmates were from India and China, and I often felt that many aspects of the programme, particularly around careers and post-study opportunities, were more relevant to students from those backgrounds than to those of us planning to stay in Europe.
What makes this especially disappointing is the cost. Spending around £37,000 on a master’s degree is a huge financial commitment, and I don’t feel the return on that investment was there. Looking back, I believe I could have received a similar education at a much more affordable university while benefiting from stronger local employer connections.
If employability in Europe is your priority, I’d encourage you to explore other universities before making your decision. There are excellent programmes that cost far less and may leave you in a much stronger position when it comes to finding a job.
