The University of Warwick was the perfect university for me. It was the only university that offered a degree such as Sociology and Global Sustainable Development which was the perfect mix of disciplines I was interested in. This course is amazing and very contemporary. The campus life is perfect for me as I am an outgoing individual and an international student therefore making new friends and meeting new people is something I was looking forward to. This is easier if you live on campus. All in all, the university is amazing both in terms of education and social life.

The Social Inequalities and Research Methods MSc course at the University of Warwick is an exceptional program that combines a deep understanding of social inequalities with the necessary research methods to investigate and understand them.

University of Warwick is certainly one of the best in the United Kingdom; not just for business courses but overall, an excellent university regarding its inclusive programs, activities, events and academic seminars. The staff is very friendly and helpful and will make you feel like home, which eased my experience in the beginning. I would highly recommend this university for all courses, especially because of the highly trained, yet humble professors, always ready to help us learn in a more efficient manner.

Warwick is a great environment for students. It provides a subtle yet scintillating atmosphere that is difficult to match for other universities, owing to its brilliant campus. Not only does it have an urban vibe and a modern feel to it, but it also possesses many traditional characteristics one would expect in such an institution. Living on campus, which is guaranteed to all new-coming undergraduate students, is an experience like no other; very rarely will you find an alumnus with complaints about this compact, convenient and captivating alma mater.

Loving it! The teaching is great – loads of support and inspiring professors. And there have been so many opportunities to get involved in societies and sports clubs. The uni has really focused it attention on getting student to balance their degree with the amazing extracurricular opportunities available

With it being a campus uni, first year is the most relaxed experience in terms of living. No need to commute all lectures and seminar very close to halls (if you’re in the right one). The teaching standard is somewhat suspect and they’re not every open to ideas that contradict hardcore Marxism but with half a brain you learn to live with it. The only negative would be that for 9k a year I expect to be able to not have to pay for LITERALLY EVERYTHING. Things like societies shouldn’t have a membership fee but on campus food and drink is pretty cheap.

I really like Warwick as a university. It has students from all over the world, which gives it a unique sense of internationality that not all UK universities can provide. I like the professors, they are very helpful and supportive, however, have been on various strikes in the past year during which no academic materials or teaching was provided. That was a downside to my experience at university. As for accommodation, I initially was given one of my last choices which were not an en suite, however on requesting the accommodation team to switch my accommodation to an en-suite, they happily obliged me. This made me realise how supportive and friendly the staff is. I really like the Warwick campus, it is very scenic and has lots to do!

One of the best parts about Warwick, especially as it is a campus university, is that it has so many great facilities across the campus. There are so many great spaces to study, and everyone has their favourite. There’s also lots of places to buy food and drinks including in the student’s union.
I’ve found that the Warwick community is also very friendly and welcoming wherever you go. Doing Liberal Arts, my department is very small which means I have a close relationship with both others on my course and my seminar tutors which makes the course so enjoyable! There are so many ways to interact with the community such as university organised events and societies. There are societies for every hobby and interest which makes it easy to meet people and find friends with similar interests to you.
If I could, I would improve the student support services, especially those for mental health. There is constant access to community safety and people at the university to make students and staff feel safe and comfortable However, the mental health services can be difficult to access and there are limited services available.
Another drawback for some is that it is not within walkable distance to town centres such as Coventry and Leamington Spa. However, if you’re willing to take the buses which run regularly to both eon this isn’t too much of an issue.

Now all Warwick have a tight allegiance to this place for a reason. The campus curly fries are good and lectures are great when they are not on strike. Theres plenty of open space to sit and have picnics or study with your coursemates or even both. With a work life balance at Warwick you can really try anything whilst getting that degree.

I take great pride and feel honored to have chosen university of Warwick as my university. The curriculum provided here is of the highest quality. The professors and lecturers, experts in their fields, go the extra mile to ensure students have a fantastic learning experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this university to anyone because the experience is truly exceptional.
