at Cardiff University

Studying Environmental geography at Cardiff University for 1st year was an amazing experience. The course has a great balance of fieldwork, learning and examinations. I loved the different ways the lecturers taught the course through both in-person and online alternatives. For this programme, you will need a good understanding of chemistry and biology as it is a science-based degree. This degree throws you into fieldwork immediately, this is an amazing way to make friends – this was a high point. The university itself is in a lovely location near the centre and affordable university accommodation. Most of the city is within walking distance. Overall, this programme is a great blend of geography and traditional sciences.
