Cardiff Metropolitan University provides quite a lot of facilities for students, including a gym, library, and online library system. Sports are the main focus of the university, and there are loads of sport-related courses and clubs for students to join. There is also support for international students, which helped me a lot with my visa extension. The course I am currently studying is pretty chill, as we only have 3 modules per term. However, the management is inadequate, as there is constant confusion between the module leader and seminar tutor, and it seems like they didn’t discuss and reach an agreement on how the assessment will be graded before they began teaching us. Also, I believe that some of the content they teach us is simply a copy and paste from the internet, which sometimes makes me feel as if I’m wasting my money for nothing. Overall, if you’re interested in sports and also dislike stressful and demanding classes, Cardiff Metropolitan University should be on your list of choices.
