Uni of Kent is a good uni academically, though not outstanding. The main selling point of it is great careers support in the form of the careers service, which offers support for up to 3 years after graduation, and courses tailored for employability. I would recommend this uni if you are career oriented. Not so much if you’re really academically focussed and want to go into academia, say.
View moreThe program is very well managed and taught. The teachers are highly qualified and always interacts with students and ready to resolve their issue. One thing I don’t like about is the management of timetabling. There are quite a few gaps in between classes, resulting in loss of time. Overall, i would say that university of kent is one of the high standards university where they not only focus on quality of education but student wellbeing and organizes weekly activities for students to make sure that there is a balance. Seeing all this, i would highly recommend university of kent as being an international student myself I know how this university has tried not to burden students or provide just an educational environment. There is a diversity of people, you interact with people from different backgrounds, learn about their culture and values and I believe that’s the best part about being in Kent and a reason why International students should come in this university

Amazing professors that are always willing to help.
The university has a year in industry program, which is good for your experience and looks good on your CV.
View moreHands on a great choice of uni. Obviously doesn’t compare to the best of the best but for a non Russel group university the quality of teaching is excellent. Plus the campus is so so pretty, so much greenery.
