A question I receive a lot is “What are the benefits of going to University?” For someone such as myself from a working class, young carer and single parent household I would say a whole new discovery of ambition and writing your own story. When you attend a university that delivers a service beyond the degree, whether that may be support with internships, opportunities aboard, membership into organisations within your field to support you finding a job after your degree. That is what makes it worth it!! Brunel breaks barriers giving individuals from all different backgrounds a fair chance to learn and grow ready to enter the world of work in your industry, making their service invaluable.
