The student services, especially the student housing (pad) staff

A lot of effort is clearly put in in many aspects of the university, such as the library and student services. This is especially true for the dyslexia centre there. There is also an excellent gym, with shops all very near by. Societies are generally good and easy to set up, although of course depend on the students themselves, so vary in quality, but many are excellent.
Sadly it has been marred in recent years by finance difficulties leading to staff job insecurity. It has also become progressively more infested with feminism and delusional “social justice”, particularly the student union, with the lgbtqxyz society has an unreasonable amount of power and leverage.
Feminist staff also feel able to discriminate more openly against anyone who does not bow to the ideology, or their ideology is aimed against (scapegoat group/s) I have personal direct overt experience of this. Fortunately, it was recorded and the head of the school took the complaint made was not dismissed and at least action was taken after.

Overall not the best place but not the worst either.
