Poor complaints procedure.
Due to a disability, I wasn’t able to complete my course. They never directed me to student support or told me they have complaints ombudsmen. I wasted over £1000 on a course because of their disability discrimination. No one cares. Considering it was a counselling course they don’t have any empathy
