I recommend Heriot Watt University to high school graduates who live in Dubai. The education level is of a high quality and you get the same education as the UK campus, while you are still in Dubai along with your family. However, it’s quite expensive compared to universities in other countries, which is the case for most of the UAE services unfortunately. The university is well-reputed in the job market, so if you are a graduate who has good work and volunteering experience, then there’s a high chance you can land a job. In conclusion I recommend the university if you are capable of covering the fees.
