Global Project and Change Management is an English programme offered at Windesheim UAS which prepares future change-makers. The hands-on approach at Windesheim and the projects with real-life clients have equipped me with project management, research and collaborative skills that will make me a valuable asset to the sustainability work field. Furthermore, there is a lot of freedom to design your own learning by choosing to focus on topics and skills that are important to you. Additionally, the lecturers are very knowledgeable and experienced professionals, who help you learn and make you challenge your beliefs and paradigms. There is a strong community feeling in our study and you can easily feel at home. GPCM is a unique experience that will help you grow and develop many soft skills that employers are looking for.
