TSM Business school recognises the importance of high-quality leaders in today’s business organisations. That is why the school is focused on developing leadership skills among their students. The style of teaching includes a combination between practical leadership sessions and developing theoretical business knowledge.
One of the best sides of TSM Business School is the diversity of programmes which it offers. This allows motivated future leaders to select the best option depending on their time schedule and business orientation. Students could choose between one or two years of courses based on their own preferences and needs. The main programmes that TSM Business School offers are:
- Executive MBA (two-year course with part-time studying)
- Compact Business Administration course (one year programme with evening forms of training, appropriate for people who already have a good position in a company and want to develop their business knowledge)
- Part-time degree in Business Administration for Technical Professionals (a 6-month evening business course, which supports full-time professionals to improve their management knowledge and skills).
It is important to notice that all programmes are in Dutch.

TSM Business school is located close to the University of Twente. A range of cafés and restaurants are available around this area, where students can enjoy their free time and meet up with friends. Additionally, there are many bus stops which make transport around the area very easy.
Career & Alumni
TSM Business School provides short programs in the following spheres – Organisation and Change Management, Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, Financial Management, and Innovation Management. By undertaking one of these short courses, participants improve particular skills, which enhances their skill set and consequently employability level within several days.
