The university itself is an average one, not by any means bad. It all depends on the student and their motivation. Professors are nice and ready to help when asked. The campus itself (main building) is a modern place with all needed facilities. The only thing I would advice, is to research about the specific study you want to apply for, to check for a good fit with your expectancies.
