As a second-year student at the Universitat de Girona, I’ve had a really positive experience so far. The university offers a great mix of modern and historic charm, which makes going to class feel pretty special. The professors are generally approachable and supportive, and I’ve found the class sizes small enough to get personalized attention. One of the things I really appreciate is how practical the learning is—there’s a strong focus on real-world application, especially through internships and research opportunities, especially for international student. Also, while some courses are available in English or Spanish, a lot of content is still in Catalan, so that’s something to be aware of. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this wonderful university to anyone looking for a solid academic experience in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
